At Total Blackout Blinds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new blinds aren't a perfect fit for your home, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your blinds in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and installation guides are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement blinds within 5-7 business days.
